Brian has talked to over 30
representatives, many USA Congressional officers, Utah Governor's
office, Utah funds of fund, USTAR, and several University Mechanical
Engineering chairs. After many discussion with government volk, Brian
has decided that any government involvement would not be worth the
time. Truly good ideas will find money in the private sector, or they are not good ideas.
Brian has talked with people at
DARPA, DOD, DOT, and none have means that Brian can live with, due in part to government funding regulations. This includes NSA and NASA grants.
Small business loans will not fund on engine concepts
, nor will
any Utah renewable energy programs known to Brain, nor should they.
There is little point is taking tax payer's dollars to fund Solar Motor
Works, or any other project. That is not the purpose of government.
This can be done with all private money.
Politicians can, however, be a source of contacts.
